Leaking Trust - Appeasement

People know who the trouble maker is who is always trying to get their way by bullying everyone around them.
When you let them get away with things or let them make the decisions for you, then people lose trust in you.
They lose trust in you, because they don't trust the bully and the bully is making the decisions.
