I took the ETS (Electric Train Service) for a smooth four-hour ride up to Butterworth, and then hopped on the short ferry over to the island to reach George Town. I booked my train ticket online in advance and bought my ferry ticket when I arrived, which made the entire journey simple and stress-free.

In today’s episode, I take you along as I explore the jetties, wander the historic and artistic streets of George Town, and finish the day at the Macallum Street Night Market. So far, I’m completely in love with this city—the energy, the culture, the food, the colors… everything about George Town feels alive and inspiring.
