Jim Henson's puppets to hit auction block for first time ever

A collection of over 400 original puppets, props and personal items from the Jim Henson Company — including pieces from 'Fraggle Rock,' 'The Dark Crystal,' 'Labyrinth' and other iconic productions — are going on the auction block for the first time for their 70th anniversary. Roy Parker, a pop culture specialist at Julien’s Auction told Reuters on Wednesday (November 19) “It’s the first time in their history that a puppet made by the Jim Henson Creature Shop has ever been available to own.”
