😂 Alrighty… today’s adventure:
Meeting with a tenant who has been evicted — but scheduled a time to come pick up whatever belongings he has left in the property.

And I mean… whatever is left.
Because before he gets here, we’re taking a walk through the house to see what exactly he left behind.

Sometimes it’s a lot.
Sometimes it’s a little.
Sometimes it’s…
🫣 “Why did you leave THAT??”

But here’s the deal:
👉 HE set the pickup date
👉 HE told us when he’d be here
👉 And if he doesn’t show up?
Well…
📦 It’s going outside.
Not our fault.
We honored the time.
We’re here.

This is the reality of Property Management:
