Something happened yesterday that has never occurred in American history. Not during the Civil War. Not during Watergate. Not during Vietnam. Elected members of Congress released a coordinated video instructing U.S. soldiers to ignore orders from President Donald Trump. Senator Elissa Slotkin, Representative Jason Crow, and Representative Maggie Goodlander told active duty military personnel they have a duty to refuse the Commander-in-Chief's orders. This is Gary Franchi with a segment from the Next News Network show RAW FEED, and what you're witnessing is a constitutional crisis in real time.
The White House called it sedition on live television. Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt asked why media ignores lawmakers trying to fracture military chain of command. Speaker Mike Johnson called it unprecedented. Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche announced investigations into every lawmaker involved. Stephen Miller declared it insurrection without question. Trump responded with prosecutorial fury, demanding arrests and trials, stating seditious behavior is punishable by death.
Here's the explosive part. When reporters confronted Jason Crow four times asking him to name a single illegal order Trump has given, he couldn't answer. Not once. Martha MacCallum pressed him repeatedly on Fox News. Crow stumbled through vague references to comments from years ago, none of which were actual orders. He mentioned Lafayette Square, hypothetical scenarios about Chicago, alleged threats about polling stations—nothing current. Complete collapse under basic questioning.
Then the bombshell dropped. A wedding photo surfaced showing Maggie Goodlander standing between Jake Sullivan and Hillary Clinton. The same intelligence circles accused of engineering color revolutions abroad are running the operation here. New Hampshire State Senate President Sharon Carson, a U.S. Army veteran, demanded Goodlander resign immediately.

Chuck Schumer took to the Senate floor in panic mode claiming Trump is calling for executions. Chris Murphy lost his mind on camera demanding everyone pick a side, using profanity during his meltdown. Hakeem Jeffries condemned what he called death threats while ignoring his Jeffrey Epstein campaign finance connections that Chairman James Comer just exposed. Tim Walz compared Trump's rhetoric to political violence while forgetting two assassination attempts against Trump this year. The hypocrisy is staggering.
But here's what they're missing. Trump didn't call for extrajudicial killings. He pointed to existing law. Seditious behavior is punishable by death under U.S. Code. That requires arrest, trial, due process, conviction. It's the rule of law. Deputy AG Todd Blanche made this clear, stating lawmakers need to answer questions about why they encouraged military personnel to defy lawful orders without evidence of illegality.
Nancy Mace called it an act of war against the Constitution, demanding investigations under 18 U.S.C. 2387. Lindsey Graham admitted hatred for Trump has gone too far and announced he's writing a letter demanding these lawmakers provide specific examples of illegal orders. Scott Jennings destroyed Democrat talking points on CNN, asking what illegal activity they're referring to while pointing out they're recommending military personnel break the law.
This isn't about politics. This is about whether America remains a constitutional republic with civilian control over the military, or descends into chaos where any party can weaponize armed forces when they lose elections. The line has been crossed. Will there be accountability or does this become the new normal?
