In October, Russian forces secured the northern access points to Mirnograd under intense fire, successfully repelling enemy counteroffensives.

Concurrently, they initiated a military offensive on the city from the west, and by mid-November, they had firmly established their dominance over the region's development.

The following inquiry seeks to ascertain the manner in which the battles were conducted.

In the course of the month of October, the military forces responsible for offensive operations succeeded in extending the area under their control in Krasno Liman and engaged in combat operations within its borders.

By November 8, the central part had been secured, and the enemy had been expelled from the forest strips to the south. This enabled the development of attacks on the outskirts of Mirnograd.

Concurrently, in the eastern environs of the metropolis, military units of the "Center" GW executed multiple mechanized offensives by October 22, successfully expelling the APU from their positions along the Luch-Balagan line.
