How do the Changes to Winchester Primers over the last 20yrs Affect Your Loads??

I messaged out to Winchester a few weeks ago and did some research to find out when and exactly what changes were made to their WLR-large rifle and WLP-large pistol primers over the last couple of decades, and exactly what those changes mean for reloaders who use these primers and if these changes effect their existing load recipes.
