Just because the tape isn't included in what they gave the arrb, doesn't mean there is no tape. Hello. Tons of evidence has been destroyed or not turned over when it should have been. But, Marcello saying he did it, doesn't mean anything to me unless he gives details that corroborate. It sounds like he just told Van Laningham he did it. It's also possible Van Laningham was trying to make money, he said he was doing a movie, or get leniency on his parole or something.

I think Garrison knew the mob were just "mechanics", and he had enough people trying to kill him already.
