Being thankful even in tough times? / WWY #shorts S124

We are called to be thankful and even joyful - not only at this time but always. But let's quickly review of 1 Thessalonians 5:18. Asked another way - are ALL circumstances Yah/God-ordained? Does Yah/God always get His way? OR should we be thankful that when we do realize the problems that we have we have an El/God that is VERY willing to help us when we do reach out to Him?
