Queens DA Wanted Innocent Man To DIE IN PRISON Over Paperwork

In this video, I discuss the case of Charles Foehner, a 67 year old man that was recently sent to prison from charges related to a 2023 shooting of a mugger that the Queens prosecutor acknowledges was 100% justified. However, despited Foehner having no criminal record & that he completed the process to get a gun license to carry in NYC the gun utilized in the shooting was not covered by his current licenses. Therefore the Queens District Attorney's Office tried to lock him up for life, & forced him to take a plea deal for 4 years
