Pro-Palestinian activists staged a graphic “Israel’s Friendsgiving” protest at D.C.’s Union Station, condemning U.S. support for the Gaza war. Major Jewish organizations blasted it as reviving the “blood libel,” while supporters called it political art. In this video, I break down what happened, what “blood libel” actually means historically, and how slapping antisemitism on every harsh protest risks collapsing real hate into any criticism of Israeli policy. We’ll separate protected speech from bigotry, look at why these labels are expanding, and ask who benefits when everything is called “hate.”
