after the mission jam

good to see some guys from the mission join in at the friday jam...the more the merrier....you no what they say about idle hands....best to keep busy whether it is art music sewing writing or whatever....express yourself with creativity...put down your phone....abandon the digital world... live your life and share it with others if you can...dont waste your life existing and nothing else....you only get one...it doesnt last forever....no matter what they promise you...you wont get to mars
