Boston Massachusetts NGO founder indicted for stealing over a million dollars in taxpayer money and an additional $60,000 in pandemic relief funds

She had the personal numbers of Prominent Democrats she would text to get money like Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey, the District Attorney and Boston Mayor Michelle Wu

“According to Turtle Boy, she had the contact information for Governor of Massachusetts, Maura Healey; Suffolk County District Attorney at the time, Rachael Rollins; and Mayor Wu. And she was messaging all of them asking for information about getting money”

“The 18 counts that she's plead guilty to are 10 counts of aiding abetting wire fraud, three counts of wire fraud conspiracy, one count of aiding and abetting mail fraud, two counts of filing false tax returns, and two counts of failure to file tax returns.”

She faces sentencing on January 29, 2026, with federal prosecutors recommending 18–24 mths in prison. The total amount defrauded remains the figure from the indictment
