Subjects Discussed:
1 - All knowledge already resides within you.
2 - God only and forever sees you as His loving and prefect creation.
3 - Everything, all your life experiences are here to help you grow, heal and awaken.
4 - God will for us is joy. Beneath the surface joy is available to us.
5 - God's will and your highest will are One.
6 - God's will will be done, when you trust this peace results. When you fight this pain results.
7 - You want what God wants for you.
8 - The Holy Spirit knows both Heavenly state of mind and Earth, the worldly ego games. He helps you bring Oneness into duality.
9 - Central thought of every lesson is that God son is sinless.
10 - All the ego's stories are the same, they are not real or true.
11 - Once you forgive you will have peace.
12 - All distress is simply some sort of unforgiveness.
13 - Judgment equal pain and despair, forgiveness equals peace.
14 - Little by little the Holy Spirit helps us deprogram us.
15 - Does the other person needs to hear what I'm thinking?
16 - God enjoys seeing us bring Oneness into duality.
17 - Forgive and you will see this differently.
18 - Forgiveness gives you power over all events that seem to have power over you.
19 - You control your thoughts, your thoughts should not be controlling you.
20 - Forgiveness is the last illusion, it erases all other illusions.
21 - Anytime you are attached to the ego's tools, you are stuck in unforgiveness.
22 - Fear about money is in essence not trusting that God will not take care of you.
23 - Salvation is moving from level two to level one. Going from fear to trust/love.
24 - Despair is simply a misperception. Forgive your misperception so that you can have peace.
25 - When despair come in remind yourself that this is a perfect opportunity to trust God more.
26 - When you see the world through the ego's lens, despair results.
27 - An effortless accomplishment. Love/kindness/forgiveness is the easy decision to make because that is who God created me to be.
28 - Words have power, use them for good by aligning them with love.
29 - You are God's representative on Earth.
30 - The Holy Instant is your true Home on Earth.
31 - Don't leave any unforgiving thought without correction.
32 - Do not allow any unforgiving thought to live within you rent free. they do not belong in you, God does.
33 - Give all you can, then give a little more. Make love limitless.
34 - Anyone you are holding unto with unforgiveness, give them over to God, pray for them, wish them healing In order to truly free yourself.
35 - Practice returning to the Holy Instant, by forgiving the past, placing the future in God's hands.
36 - Learn not to drag the past unto the now, this blocks the holy instant, thus you don't see the gift that God is trying to present to you.
37 - The Holy Instant is God's eternal gift to you where the love and peace and joy forever reside.
38 - Each situation is being offered to you to help you take a step towards God.
39 - The ego is teaching you what you do not want.
40 - You have the key to your own freedom, through forgiveness.
41 - The more you practice returning to the Holy Instant, the more you will make the holy instant your true Home on Earth.

Lesson 193. All things are lessons God would have me learn.

1. God does not know of learning...

2. God sees no contradictions...

3. These are the lessons God would have you learn...

4. Certain it is that all distress does not appear to be but unforgiveness...

5. Forgive, and you will see this differently...

6. Shall we not learn to say these words when we are tempted to believe that pain is real, and death becomes our choice instead of life?...

7. How can you tell when you are seeing wrong, or someone else is failing to perceive the lesson he should learn?...

8. God would not have you suffer thus...

9. All things are lessons God would have you learn...

10. We will attempt today to overcome a thousand seeming obstacles to peace in just one day...

11. Give all you can, and give a little more...

12. Each hour, spend a little time today, and in the days to come, in practicing the lesson in forgiveness in the form established for the day...

13. This is the lesson God would have you learn: There is a way to look on everything that lets it be to you another step to Him, and to salvation of the world...
