Last week I think Scrappy was feeling alone, like he didn't have anybody that cared about him. A lot of the HSSAZ shelter staff were busy at the time, taking care of the other HSSAZ shelter doggies, so I stepped in, got close to Scrappy and gave him some extra loving and companionship❤️ Scrappy was a lot more relaxed and comfortable in his bed this week. Scrappy can be selective about the people he choses to hang out with and the specific food that he will munch on. Today though Scrappy chowed down on some of the goodies I was offering him and also allowed me to be by his side for quite a while. I like it when the shelter doggies eat the dried bananas I offer them because anything to help the doggies comfortably use the restroom is a good thing to me. When Scrappy would turn his head to the side, to see if there was any doggie walking going on that he could be a part of, I thought I would lose him. Scrappy remained near me throughout our time together though, so my heart was feeling pretty happy about that💗
