I want you to remember something today, when everything goes sideways, you don’t rise to the occasion. You fall back to the level of your training.

And that applies to civilian life too.
You don’t suddenly get better under pressure, you fall back on the habits you’ve been building every day.

Discipline is still key.
Set good routines, practice them daily, and stack them from there.
You’ve got to put your reps in every single day.
Strong habits are strong training and strong training carries you through the fire. 💪🔥

Stay calm.
Stay steady.
And stay alive out there.
