Protein "Bagels" made two ways, both with Fresh Milled Flour

am making the new year of my life a time to get a bit healthier. I am starting with adding a bit more protein to my meals. These "Bagels" have around
10-11 grams of protein each.

Cottage Cheese "Bagels"
1 cup hard wheat, freshly milled (may need a bit more)
1 cup whipped cottage cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
(egg wash the tops and add seeds or seasoning of choice)
**makes 4. Bake at 375ºF/190ºC. for 22-25 minutes

Yogurt "Bagels"
1 1/2 cups hard wheat, freshly milled flour (may need a bit more)
1 cup plain greek yogurt
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
(egg wash the tops and add seeds or seasoning of choice)
**Knead 4 minutes - makes 6. - 375ºF/190ºC. for 22-25 minutes
