Specimen - (Sci Fi) - 1996

A twenty-four year-old man goes on a quest to find out, who his absent father is,. He travels to his mother's hometown, where people tell him, she just left one night years ago, without any explanation.
He takes a job in the town, and begins to learn the disturbing truth about his origins, that his mother was abducted, and impregnated by Aliens.
As a result he is an experimental alien-human hybrid, with strange abilities, including the power to create and to control fire.
He is also being stalked by two Alien bounty hunters.

With an IMDb rating of 4.2/10, it's often called one of the worst movies ever by critics, but some find it "slightly more fun than expected" for its derivative charm and '90s cheese.
