• ​MATTHEW GRUTER: Since this interview, Matthew had his door kicked in at 4 AM while his wife was breastfeeding their one-month-old baby. He was hauled off to an immigration detention centre for deportation, and his wife and child were given one month to pack up and leave Australia. Imported rapists and murderers get no such treatment.
• ​JOEL DAVIS: Joel was also arrested and held on remand for using colourful language to encourage people to comment on X. This is Australia in 2025.
