Trouble Sleeping? Make These Salty Cherry Gummies

I got silicone molds on Amazon before this project. I also got beef gelatin beforehand, I just ordered some Vital Proteins brand to make more of these!

The salt plus the honey plus the cherry juice (tart cherry juice BTW is different than just “cherry juice”) is necessary to help promote sleep. Salt with sweet has been shown to relax your brain. While some people may use a Saltine cracker with honey on it in the same way, this is a Whole Foods, healthy way to relax your brain before bed without junky carbs. You just eat a couple to a handful of these 20 mins before sliding into bed.

An added note on that Tart Cherry Juice, it’s way more concentrated (the one I have is 20x concentrated). You can get it at Natural Grocers on the top shelf in the juice section or order it from Amazon.
