THE DREADED "BODY COUNT QUESTION"

A CENTURY AGO, Hollywood maven Mae West once famously said that men like women with a past because they're hoping that history will repeat itself. It might not be fair or politically correct, but a woman's past defines her as much as a man's future - or the decided lack thereof - defines him. It therefore makes perfect sense as to how and why so many lovely ladies fight tooth and nail to wiggle out of that dreaded question - well, the other dreaded question after "What do you bring to the table?": The body count question.
