The Rio Hondo Prep Kares solidified themselves as a premier program in the San Gabriel Valley with a 35-6 victory over La Serna in the Division 5 Semifinals. The Kares played with nearly flawless execution on both sides of the ball at West Covina HS on Friday night and delivered another eye opening statement win for fans across Southern California. Rio Hondo advanced to their 24th Southern Section Final in school history and will be pursuing their 17th Title. Head Coach Mark Carson talks about the big win and how RHP Football has officially made a name for itself.
