WHOSE CAR IS THIS?! 😂🚗 | About to Call a Tow Truck…

😅 Pulled up to check on the home today and… surprise!
There’s a RANDOM car sitting in the driveway.

Like… whose car is this??
This is NOT one of my tenants, NOT the homeowner, and NOT a scheduled visitor.
Now I’m over here like:
👉 “Am I about to call the police to tow this thing?”
👉 “Or does this belong to a brave neighbor who decided this driveway is public parking?” 😭😂

Before calling a tow truck, I’m doing the responsible thing:
✔️ Ask a few neighbors
✔️ See if anyone knows whose car it is
✔️ Try to avoid a messy situation

Because honestly — this random car could totally ruin my tours and keep potential renters from pulling in.
And THAT can delay the entire leasing process.
No thank you!

While I’m here, I also have to:
🗑️ Put away the garbage cans
🏘️ Because the HOA will ABSOLUTELY lose their minds
📬 And send the homeowner a love letter (aka: a fine)

Property Management is WILD.
One minute you're checking a house…
The next minute you're figuring out who parked on the wrong planet…
And then you're babysitting the HOA so they don’t explode.

Just another day.
