James 1:18-19, there is a reason humans have 2 ears, but only 1 mouth. People should listen twice as much as they talk. Otherwise they will potentially miss what God has to say or what God has to say through other people.

James 1:19-20, controlled temper. God does not place a spirit of wrath in people. Believers are not vessels of wrath.

James 1:21, watching your steps.

James 1:22-27, being aware of oneself and surroundings.
