OVERDRIVE CLIPPER - Dual Chn Tube Preamp Dumblesque

Could this dual-tube preamps, with two channels (full-bodied clean and thick, ripping drive) be even better than what it's modeled after? This is an impressive preamp and one of the best I've heard and used, and it makes for a fantastic pedal platform for other gear.
