I felt the need to do this because my wife, as incredible as she is in our line of work and her sporting competitions, just cannot understand how to perform this task. I decided to film the video whilst we were away for the weekend for one of her Crossfit competitions. She found it hilarious, but still, she hasn't managed to complete this simple task successfully."
