teamfourstar did a series of commentary videos for there fourstarbento channel going over there dragonball z abridged series as well as a few other things.
a side series to these commentary tracks was the taka cut where it would just be takahata101 doing commentary on dbza by himself but also a few other things one of those things being abridgimon.
the episode was removed sometime ago with it being the only episode not available in the takacut playlist and no reason was given by the crew.
however there is a reddit post with a long explanation from littlekuriboh which goes into detail on why it was removed and that will be linked down below in the comments if you wish to read more into this.
