I had another dream about 3I Atlas comet and why it arrived from another solar system

This is a dream I had. It is fiction in its entirety as it was created in my sleep. It explains how in my dream the world's most psychotic people have risen to lead us down a rabbit hole we cannot escape without intervention from those who created us. In my dream the beings laid out their plans to remove the world's most dangerous people who have interjected themselves into the leadership of humanity so that we can live as we were intended. It is just a dream. In my dream the beings explained that there was a genetic malfunction in humans that must be corrected. They explained that these people have no place in government. The beings explained that unless they interject soon all will be lost as leaders bring us to total destruction one tyrant at a time. Its just a dream. The beings said the most genetically dysfunctional of all humans will naturally gravitate to the top as they innately seek power and fame. They do not appreciate other humans and have set up impenetrable boundaries to keep themselves in power. With layers of protection in place including dividing the people, protecting themselves with impunity, and pillaging the world to satisfy an insatiable desire to achieve fame and power, intervention is critical at this most fragile juncture. These people were never meant to be on planet earth let alone setting a course for the rest of humanity. And since it is not compatible with a good future for earth and its inhabitants, they will finally be removed. Its a dream. They said we are being ruled by the scum of the universe, rejects, and it was an oversite from those who put the other 99.99% of us here. They are pure evil and as such have created a impenetrable cocoon from which to exercise their evil whims. The beings said that they were disappointed with humans understanding of psychology because the humans should have figured this out long ago and excised them like the anti-social scum they are. But they understood that the lunatic force on earth was formidable and hence their hasty trip here to correct this sticky situation. This was my dream like it or not. And we vote for this shit. Stupid humans.
