To many times organizations make a strategic plan and don't take a good look at the resources involved before making it official.
This has potentially catastrophic consequences!!

After you selected potential goals and initiatives, look at the:
1) Impact Of The Item
2) Resources Required

Low Impact & High Resources - remove that goal
Low Impact & Low Resources - potential goal - quick low hanging fruit
High Impact & High Resources - potential goal - longer so phase it out
High Impact & Low Resources - high priority goal
