Recipe-
3-5lbs Chicken Thighs and/or Breasts
1 Stick of REAL BUTTER
6 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
6 Cups Chicken Broth
1lb baby carrots
1 package celery
Salt, pepper, garlic, sage, thyme to taste
1 Can of Peas (optional)
4 pack of biscuits
2-3 Tablespoons Cornstarch for Slurry (optional)

Recipe for Homemade Dumplings
3 Cups Flour
3 Tablespoons Sugar
3 Tablespoons Baking Powder
Salt
1.25 Cups Buttermilk
1 Egg
1 Cup Vinegar

Make a dough out of the ingredients and knead until sticky. Yes, it will be sticky. Cut out chunks of the dough into small balls and drop them into the slowly simmering mixture at the END of cooking. This is THE LAST thing you want to do. I'm telling you, though, just buy the biscuits. It isn't THAT much different.
