The Unknown special report: Florida AG unloads on Jeremy Hales

Hales has a penchant for frivolous lawsuits, and then turning those lawsuits into YouTube content, primarily. Did he go too far? He decided to sue a prosecutor, Dan Owen, because that prosecutor wouldn't do his bidding.

Richard Luthmann and I examine the motion to dismiss which may start a domino of dismissals and possibly sanctions. This motion to dismiss, filed by the Florida AG's office, called Hales complaint "frivolous" multiple times.
