🔑 Made new keys.
🔒 Put the lockbox on the door.
🏡 Property ready for move-in.

And according to most people, THAT’S all a Property Manager does.
“Wow, you make keys and put them in a box! Easy job!” 😂😭

Yeah… if only.
If this job were just keys and a lockbox, I’d have SO much free time.

The truth is:
Behind every move-in is a TON of unseen work:
✔️ Lease drafting
✔️ Application screening
✔️ Income verification
✔️ Criminal + credit checks
✔️ Scheduling vendors
✔️ Preparing documents
✔️ Coordinating utilities
✔️ Move-in checklist prep
✔️ Homeowner communication
✔️ Tenant communication
✔️ Maintenance requests
✔️ Deposit requirements
✔️ And 1,000 emails

So yes… I made keys today.
But now it’s time to head back to the office and do the REAL heavy lifting —
all the admin, all the paperwork, all the behind-the-scenes work that makes move-in possible.

Keys + lockbox =
💥 ONLY the surface layer.

Property Management is the whole iceberg underneath.
And trust me… it’s a lot deeper than people think. 😂
