MR. TIMEOUT (LEON SEALS) FAFO'S - TRAFFIC STOP ARREST

Leon Seals is a resident of Pearl, Mississippi and a self-proclaimed "Thug Civil-Rights" activist that has been harassing the Pearl Police department and city hall employees for what seems like years. He's found himself being arrested several times for acting like a clown, magically having medial emergencies once arrested, trying to claim the police are racist and all the typical nonsense you'd expect from someone who's nicknamed himself "Mr. Timeout" or a "Thug Civil Rights" icon.
