The legend lives on from the ancients of reptiles which walk upright & are so human-like that they could move through our midst unnoticed, blending in like a good weave, suiting themselves to our environs effortlessly. Professor Walter Riley, Professor of Anthropology at Walkabout Creek Institute, has made the study of these creatures his purpose since the late '70's, interviewing scores of Aboriginal Australians to understand their lore regarding the "jabaja'abahadahd" (crocodile who walks like a man) & linking this cultural icon with similar legends from world sources in Poland, Uganda, Wales, Shanghai, Yemen & Burkina Faso. The following footage, shot in 2019 by Dr. Emile Shofthausen III, an associate professor of archeology at the University of Southern-North Dakota at Hoople & one of Prof. Riley's oldest collaborator's, provides some of the most compelling evidence to date for these strange yet amazing creatures who dwell among us.
