What's wrong with Amazon

Amazon keeps losing track. Four orders received and Amazon offers a refund.

Talked to FOUR very stupid Amazon customer service "people"? Are they human? artificially stupid? Told them I have the order they say is still on it's way. Instead of updating their system they send TWO emails offering a refund.

Were I dishonest I'd take the refund, god knows I could use the money.

But I am honest and I'm annoyed that they can't just get it right.

When you need help from Amazon, I.E. a customs broker tried to cheat me here in Cambodia and asked for additional fees to be deposited in her Personal account Amazon would not follow up, instead they said it was my problem.

Amazon: your "people" are stupid if the customer service are actually human and if it's AI then your programers are Stupid.

I'm OLD, I have Cancer, don't feel well and it's fucking annoying dealing with unnecessary shit like this.

The last package I just got 15 minutes ago show on Amazon Tracking to at this moment to be in Germany. The fucking package never went to Germany and probably not to the stops shown by Amazon.
