Tonight, we open the case file of one of history’s most disturbing and least-understood predators: Mother Rasputin—the nun who hid her crimes behind a veil of piety. Known as the “World’s Worst Woman Serial Killer,” she founded her own convent, took public vows, and lived a seemingly devout monastic life. But behind the cloistered walls she controlled, she preyed on the wealthy women and children entrusted to her care.

Over the years, her victims are believed to number 177, making her one of the most prolific female serial killers ever recorded.
