Info from Licensor: "My son, Clayton, loves cop cars. He noticed the KSP officer driving past our house and was watching him. The officer noticed him too, and backed up in the middle of the road! He said “do you want to see the lights?” and flashed his lights for Clayton. It made my son’s day!"
