Trying to reason with someone who rejects the Apostle Paul!

How challenging is it to witness to people concerning the importance of the Apostle Paul?
What about those who go too far into the “hyper-dispensational” man made doctrines?
“All scripture [is] given by inspiration of God, and [is] profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect , throughly furnished unto all good works .” (2 Timothy 3:16 to 17)
