Love or Hate Motivated?
If you are motivated to do things by love, you are going to be way further ahead. It feels better, it makes improvement effortless. It makes maintaining your gains easier.
If you want to change your motivation to LOVE but don't know how, follow these steps. List out all the intgs that are great about the things you want to do. "I love eating healthy because..." I love exercise because..." Then list as many things as you can about that activity. Put this on your refrigerator and look at it every day.
