RITUAL
A Practice for Feeling Your Field
Sit comfortably.
Place your hand on your chest.
Let one slow inhale rise…
then one slow exhale fall.

Now ask quietly:

“What signal am I broadcasting right now?”

Don’t judge the answer.
Just feel it.

Then imagine a soft golden light — gentle, warm, numinous — flowing into your chest, settling your breath, calming your nervous system, aligning your entire inner field.

Let this light move down your ribs, your belly, your spine.
Let it smooth the edges of your mind.

Stay here for a moment —
where everything is quieter, more coherent, more aligned.

This is you tuning your field.

This is the physics of consciousness.
