Kremlin: European counterproposal to US plan 'unconstructive'

The European counter-proposal to the United States’ 28-point peace plan to end the war in Ukraine “at first glance, is completely unconstructive and doesn’t suit us,” Kremlin foreign policy aide Yury Ushakov said Monday, according to Russian state media.
