Riding with The Original Grey Beard Biker™ - The Blue Ridge Parkway

This is the Blue Ridge Parkway Motor Road - better known as the Parkway - or BRP. This is one of the most beautiful rides, along with The Foothills Parkway, east of the Mississippi River. This is part of the National Park Service system, so you want to keep your speed close to the limit (the Park Police have hefty fines for speeders). On this day, it still had a closure SW of Asheville. If you are in the area, get over and ride or drive it. Recorded on July 6, 2025.
