Ball and Band HIIT Workout | 45 Minutes

This total body high intensity interval workout is designed to HIIT all the major muscle groups and guaranteed to make ya sweat! For today's workout you may want a stability ball, medicine ball, mini-band and resistance tube along with a mat for the floor work. However, you don't have to have equipment to have a successful workout; training shoes are recommended to absorb the high impact and support the band underneath the feet. A brief warm up and cool down are included in this workout.
