How to make Delectable Homemade Stuffing with Apples

This is a delectable Recipe for a homemade Stuffing with Apples, it is a great Side Dish for Poultry, Pork or Beef.

Stuffing
Ingredients:
8 cups (10oz) dried Bread Cubes
1-3/4 cups Broth
10 tbsp Butter, divided
1 cup Carrots, sm diced
1 cup Celery, sm diced
1 cup Onions, sm diced
1 cup Apples, sm diced
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1-1/2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
1 tbsp Parsley, chopped

In med Skillet on med/high heat melt 3 tbsp Butter.
Saute Carrots & Celery one Minute.
Add Onions & Apples stirring frequently.
Season with Salt, Pepper & Italian Seasoning.
After a few Minutes set aside.
In a Pot bring Broth and remaining Butter to a boil.
Remove from heat, stir in Bread Cubes and Mixture.
Cover and let sit for 5 Minutes.
Use fork to fluff up.
(You could eat it like this or)
Preheat Oven 400°F
Butter a Oven safe Dish.
Spread out Stuffing.
Bake until golden & crisp on top to your liking.
Sprinkle with Parsley and serve.
