What most people don’t understand, or aren’t willing to confront, is that Judaism today is not the same as the ancient Hebrew faith. The Torah of the Bible is not the Torah practiced in modern Judaism. What we see today is a hybrid, a fusion of the five books of Moses with Talmudic law, Kabbalistic mysticism, and rabbinic interpretations that have radically altered its original form. And that fusion is not benign. It is a deception, the kind rooted in the oldest tactic of all: mixing just enough truth to disguise the lie. People try to blame everything on Zionism, as if it is just a political ideology that hijacked Judaism. But that misses the deeper issue. Zionism didn’t invent the supremacist mindset, it inherited and amplified it. The problem is the religious ideology itself as it stands today. When your religious texts and commentaries teach that you are “chosen,” not in a spiritual sense but in a hierarchical one, and that others exist to serve or be subdued, that is not religion. That is ethnocentric supremacy cloaked in divinity. Let’s be honest. This isn’t about someone’s private faith or personal relationship with God. This is about an institutionalized mentality, taught, preserved, and defended, that encourages separation, victimhood, entitlement, and blame. While the world is told to walk on eggshells, afraid of being labeled antisemitic, many of these same figures openly express disdain for non-Jews and somehow get away with it. Even author Douglas Rushkoff, a Jewish intellectual himself, wrote in Nothing Sacred: “Judaism is dangerous to everybody — to every race, to every nation, to every idea… Our detractors have it right — we are a corrosive force… We’re breaking down the false gods of all nations and all people, because they are not real.” It doesn’t get more clear than that. We are not dealing with innocent spirituality. We are dealing with an ideology that has been radicalized over time, disguised as religion, and used as a shield for power and control. People need to stop confusing criticism of a supremacist ideology with hatred for a group. This is about truth, and the right to call out deception no matter where it hides.
