Today’s video takes you with me on a real-life journey as a lien holder trying to recover a vehicle after multiple missed payments. I drove all the way to the address, only to discover the car had been barricaded and blocked in every possible way — making the repo completely impossible.

Along the way, I talk about the mentality I see often in this business:
People who are struggling financially, overwhelmed, and sometimes avoiding responsibility instead of facing it. But I also share why I believe in compassion — even when the situation is frustrating.
