People don't need to understand what we are going through.
We can not control what they think, say or do. We can only control ourselves. It is only important that we understand why we are so controlling.
Awareness is the first step - and knowing being stress, anxious, or overwhelmed causes us to be controlling is the most important first step.
Understanding the more stressed we get, the more controlling we get.
It's a survival coping mechanism.
