Smoked baby back ribs. Which is better for cooking them on a Franklin Offset or a Pit Boss Pellet Smoker?

I cooked each rack of ribs using the same rub, sauce, and wrap methodology. The only difference is one was cooked in my Franklin Offset and another in my Pit Boss.

Was the juice worth the squeeze with the Franklin? I think so.

The Pit Boss still produced some fantastic ribs.

Each produced tender ribs with great flavor. The Franklin ribs did have a little better smoke flavor. As far as presentation or the look of the ribs, the Franklin ribs looked better and ended up having much better coloring.

It's tought to make a decision when there really is no wrong choice.
