I love rotisserie pork loin. I also really enjoy smoked pork loin. Testing to see which is better, smoked or rotisserie. The key to pork loin is to not overcook it. 165F is overcooked. 145F is perfect. I used some Big Daddy Hills BBQ Rub and Sauces to take them both over the top!
