Chaos, Claws, and Clowning Around

In the middle of a busy town square, chaos erupts when a clownish monkey and a grumpy cat start a ridiculous fight over a balloon. A policeman rushes in to break it up — only for everyone to discover he was the one who accidentally caused the mess in the first place. As the monkey honks a clown nose and the cat flicks its tail in triumph, the whole crowd bursts into laughter… including the policeman himself.
